The United States Agency for International Development Mission in Mali (USAID/Mali) is inviting applications from all eligible organizations, for an Assistance award to implement the Social Behavior Change Communications/Social Marketing (SBCC/SM) activity. The major aim of the SBCC/SM activity is to provide intensive capacity-building assistance to selected Malian entities that will include the Malian Ministry of Health (MOH) communications body and an Malian non-profit agency (to be proposed by the applicant) in the areas of SBCC design, implementation and evaluation; and, a Malian non-profit organization (also to be proposed by the applicant) to carry out social marketing of select health products; and reinforce the Malian partners’ foundational organization and management structures.
This Activity is an integral part of USAID/Mali’s comprehensive health sector program that assists the Government of Mali (GOM) Ministry of Health (MOH) to end preventable child and maternal deaths and improve health outcomes by strengthening three critical health sector components: behavior change communications, health services delivery, and health systems strengthening.

- HIV/AIDS
- Maternal and Child Health
- Nutrition
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any US or International Organization, private voluntary organization, non-profit, or for-profit entity (willing to forego profit) is eligible to apply.
- Applicants must submit both Technical and Cost/Business applications in English language.
