Youth Challenge International (YCI) is a non-profit youth development organization that was founded on the principles of volunteerism. The mission of YCI is to build communities and leaders through Global Youth Development. YCI strives to achieve its youth development vision with the commitment and energy of its volunteers. The results that YCI has achieved can be attributed largely to the meaningful contributions of volunteers. YCI is always ready to engage youth, professional volunteers and groups who are looking to volunteer together.
YCI is currently recruiting a team of four Youth Ambassadors between the ages of 18 and 35 with diverse skills, experiences and backgrounds for an eight-week focused youth development project in Tanzania from October 10 to December 5, 2011.
