Call for proposals are invited for EIDHR – Country Based Support Scheme (CBSS), Armenia 2012. The European Commission is seeking proposals for strengthening the role of civil society in promoting human rights and democratic reform, in supporting the peaceful conciliation of group interests and in consolidating political participation and representation in Armenia, with financial assistance from the European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights (EIDHR), Annual Action Programme 2011/2012.
This instrument is designed to enable civil society becomes an effective force in consolidating democracy and defense in human rights. EIDHR operates at regional, national as well as international level and support actions carried out in third world countries and also member states.
The major objective of this call is to support actions which strengthen role of civil society in promoting democratic reforms as well as human rights.
