Proposals are accepted for Non-State Actors and Local Authorities in Development Program under EuropeAid. The purpose of this program is to to promote an inclusive and empowered society in Belarus, by strengthening civil society’s capacities to promote national reform and increase public accountability, and by supporting local authorities to reinforce governance and improve citizen’s access to public services.

- Capacity building of NSAs
- Local Authorities in Development
The overall indicative amount made available under this Call for Proposals is € 4.600.000. The initial planned duration of an action may not be lower than 24 months nor exceed 60 months.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- be legal persons
- be non-profit-making and
- be specific types of organisations such as: Non-State Actors (NSA) constituted in accordance with the legislation in force of the country concerned
- be established in the Republic of Belarus or in a Member State of the European Union
- be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the co-applicant(s) and affiliated entity(ies), not acting as an intermediary
