Interested Journalists participants are invited for Contest Microbolsas Reporting. The contest is supported by Ford Foundation. The objective of this contest is to encourage, produce and disseminate quality journalistic content guided by the public interest, rescuing the role of journalism as a tool of society.
Awards-
Winners will receive half of the total budget (U.S. $ 2,000) as an advance and the second half after the completion of the report. The payment of the reporter is at applicant’s discretion, according to the work plan.

How to enroll?
The project entered must be submitted through word file, with a maximum length of 3 pages. It should contain-
- short biography of journalist proponent focused on professional experience, with a link to investigative reports conducted independently. If necessary the tenderer must attach PDF files to the proposal.
- proposed Tariff unprecedented detail, with initial research, context, relevance and possible sources
- work plan, including research time, travel, journalistic methods to be employed and deliverable (text, photos, video, graphics).
- two professional references with contact numbers
- Plan budget, including all costs (travel, transportation, daily) and payment of the reporter in the proportion he chooses
