The Grupo Estado, a Brazilian media conglomerate is accepting applications for training program on 1st Course State of Sports Journalism. This training will be held at São Paulo,Brazil on 14-21 May. The sessions will feature lectures and lessons by sports journalists, press conferences with athletes and activities in the Grupo Estado newsroom.
In the course curriculum, held full-time, are lectures and classes with some of the top names in sports journalism, collective interviews with athletes and sportsmen and complementary activities in drafting the State Group. Those selected to participate in the program who are from other states will receive airfare to the capital city.
How to participate?
For the process to be started, applicant will need to enter the page of the Estado Seals, which redirects the person for the specific environment for selection. Applicant will need to register and upload their resume. Then, candidates will undergo tests online sports knowledge, Portuguese and English. They will also justify the interest in the course and write an essay of 1,500 characters on a football match to which they have recently seen.
