Participants around the globe are invited to participate in 8th International Science Film Festival World of Knowledge . This program will be held in Saint-Petersburg, Russia on October 22-27, 2013. This film festival is organized by Lennauchfilm studio, the national committee Intellectual Resources of Russia with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the Committee for Culture of Saint-Petersburg.
The film festival program includes-

- Special Programs
Committee requires the following-
- Application Form
- Film Copy – The film copy is eligible for the competition if it satisfies the following requirements:
- DVD or Blu-ray;
- Year of release: 2012-2013;
- Running time: up to 90 minutes;
- Language: Russian, Other:
- Representatives of the selected films are obliged to provide the following-
- 3 (three) or more stills from the film, in .jpeg format
- The director’s photo, in .jpeg format
- The filmography of the director
- A brief synopsis of the film;
- A film which satisfies the items of the Technical requirements for selected films (see below).
