Applications are being accepted for Asian Cultural Council grants offered to artists and scholars in Asia and the United States. The objective of this program is to develop program specifically tailored to the needs and interests of each of its grant recipients and fosters ongoing dialogue between and among its grantees and artists, scholars, and specialists, through a robust network of contacts across disciplines and across the globe.
The Council can help cover living costs and international travel for students participating in graduate degree programs relating to the visual or performing arts only. Students must apply for each year of study.

Eligibility & Criteria-
- The Asian Cultural Council grants are open to citizens and permanent residents of the United States. In Asia, the Council’s grants are only open to citizens and permanent residents of the countries of Asia from Afghanistan eastward through Japan and Indonesia.
- Priority consideration is generally given to individuals who have not previously received funding support from the Asian Cultural Council.
