Applicants through out the world are invited for open web-based contest for Caplow Children’s Prize to save children’s lives. For this competition prize will be awarded up to $1 million. The mission of organizing this competition is to offer award to the best plan for preserving the lives of children who would otherwise die before the age of five.
The Children’s Prize was created by Ted Caplow, who feels that the death of a child is a special tragedy, considering the potential years of life lost, the innocence of the victims, and the impact on families.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- The Caplow Children’s Prize contest (aka “the Children’s Prize” and “the Prize”) is open to ALL – including individuals, commercial companies, non-profit, community, and governmental organizations, worldwide.
- Employees of, or any person associated with, the business operations of the Prize Administrators and their family members, may not compete for the Prize.
The Prize Winner will be required to enter an agreement with Whole New World Foundation prior to disbursement of the funds. The agreement will contain, but will not be limited to, a schedule of fund disbursements and status reports, legal and financial disclosures and agreements, etc. Should it be necessary for liability or financial reasons, the Prize winner may be required to form an organizational entity, the costs of which may be paid out of the prize amount awarded.
