Federal Ministry of Education and Research is seeking applications for Doctoral scholarship “Valuation of Ecosystem Services in rural West Africa” . The goal of this program is to determine the production of agricultural and forestry outputs.
The successful candidate is expected to advance the field of environmental valuation and apply innovative valuation methodologies to assess the monetary impacts of land management decisions with respect to non-marketed ecosystem services in the West African Sudanian Savannah region.

- Copies of the master/diploma thesis and scientific publications if available

Eligibility & Criteria-
- Very good degree (Diploma or Master) in environmental economics or related field.
- Very good knowledge of English and good knowledge of French.
- Work experience in developing countries is of advantage.
