The Institute for Transport Studies (ITS), University of Leeds is calling application for its 2015 scholarship programme. It is a scholarship program for full-time Masters Study. These scholarships are designed to provide exceptional opportunities to UK, EU and international students of outstanding ability, achievement and potential.
Scholarships
- International Masters Scholarships 2015 – 50% tuition fee waiver for the 2015-16 academic year (equivalent to the value of £7875 for international students.
- Southeast Asia Transport Masters Scholarship 2015 – 50% tuition fee waiver for the 2015-16 academic year (equivalent to the value of £7875).
- UK/EU Transport Masters Scholarship 2015 – 50% tuition fee waiver for the 2015-16 academic year (equivalent to the value of £3000 for UK/EU students).

Eligibility Criteria
International Masters – Applicants must first hold an offer (conditional or unconditional) of an academic place on an ITS Masters programme for the academic year commencing September 2015, and be designated by the University as being of international fee status.
Southeast Asia Transport Masters – Applicants must have citizenship and residency of one of the following countries: Cambodia, East Timor, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. Applicants must also hold an offer (conditional or unconditional) of an academic place on an ITS Masters programme for the academic year commencing September 2015.
UK/EU Transport Masters – Applicants must first hold an offer (conditional or unconditional) of an academic place on an ITS Masters programme for the academic year commencing September 2015, and be designated by the University as being of UK/EU fee status.
How to Apply
Applicants should submit the ITS scholarship form before the deadline, including a statement of 500 words on how a Masters degree would enable them to make a difference to transportation (e.g in their country, region or area) and specifically to tackle a significant problem or issue.
