Proposals are accepted for Democratic Accountability in Service Delivery offered by International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance. The Official language for the proposal, contract, reports and any other documents in relation to the assignment is English.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- The Team leader must be a development communications specialist/social marketing specialist with the equivalent of a Masters’ degree in Social Sciences with an emphasis communication, and at least a total of five years of documented experience of working on communication for social change in developing countries; including at least five extensive consultancy assignments within this field(references must be provided).
- A possible second consultant/team member must have the equivalent of a Masters’ degree in Social Sciences with an emphasis on communication and at least a total of two years of documented experience of working on communication for social change in developing countries; including at least three extensive consultancy assignments within the field.
- One consultant/team member must have at least intermediary knowledge of written and spoken Spanish as one interview will have to be conducted in Spanish and one ‐two documents of an ongoing pilot is only available in Spanish.
