Jeunes Equipes Associees a l’IRD (JEAI) is inviting proposals for its project to promote new research teams in developing countries. The major aim of the call is to reinforce the experiences of researchers from developing countries in a research and capacity-building program.

Eligibility Criteria –
- Eligible countries are – Africa and Mediterranean countries without excluding relevant projects in other geographic areas (Latin America, Indian Ocean and South-East Asia).
- IRD researchers are eligible to apply to the call for application.
- No application will be accepted if the short presentation has not been sent on time.
- Incomplete and late applications will not be accepted.
Complete applications includes – completed application form (JEAI form 2014), timeline of proposed activities, cover letter of the team leader, commitment letter from the Director of the IRD research unit, recommendation letter from the home institution(s) of each team members by its legal representative.
