Labour Market and active Learning in Education training opportunity is being offered for 2 weeks under Netherlands organization for international co-operation in higher education (NUFFIC). The purpose of this program is to acquire the ability to monitor labour market dynamics in environment and to introduce competency based and active learning.
Applicants will be able to translate the needs into active learning methods embedded in real work situations. They will learn to use inclusive teaching approaches and student centered learning techniques to manage the classroom. They will also be able to act as a change agent to support improvement of educational management within their own organization supporting the competence based learning principles.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- Applicants mus be trainer, teacher, instructor, lecturer, mentor or adviser in education and/or training. Applicants should have 3-5 years of work experience either training, vocational or higher education institutes. They feel a passion to make their programme even more meaningful.
- The NFP target group consists of professionals who are nationals of and work and live in an NFP country.
- Priority will be given to-
- live and work in Sub-Saharan Africa
- are a woman
- belong to a priority groups and/or are from a marginalised region as defined by the Dutch embassy in their country
