Department of Health and Human Services is pleased to invite applications for NIDA Avant-Garde Award Program for HIV/AIDS Research. The goal of this project is to supports individual scientists of exceptional creativity who propose high-impact research that will open new areas of HIV/AIDS research and/or lead to new avenues for prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS among drug abusers.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- Higher Education Institutions, Nonprofits Other Than Institutions of Higher Education, For-Profit Organizations, Governments
- Non-domestic (non-U.S.) Entities (Foreign Institutions) are eligible to apply
- Non-domestic (non-U.S.) components of U.S. Organizations are eligible to apply
- Foreign components, as defined in the NIH Grants Policy Statement, are allowed
