Partnership for Education and Research about Responsible Living is organizing PERL Media Competition which aims reduce the negative impacts of climate change and financial instability.
PERL is based in Europe as an Erasmus Academic Network. In Asia/Pacific, Africa and Latin America PERL Networks have also been established to facilitate activities in these regions. PERL is co-ordinated from the Hedmark University College in Norway. The Norwegian Ministry of Children, Equality and Social Inclusion also supports PERL.

- SHOOT – Videos/ Short Films
- WRITE – Magazine/Press Articles
- SNAP – Photos
Eligibility & Criteria-
- Students (Post Primary to University Students)-
- All three competition categories (SHOOT Videos, WRITE Magazine/Press Articles and SNAP Photographs) are open to full or part time students of all ages (Post Primary to University Students), who are attending Secondary (Post-Primary), Further Education, Higher or Post Graduate education at the time of submitting their entry.
- There is no entry fee however only one entry is permitted in each category per person/group
- The competition is open to students worldwide
- Professionals (Independent Filmmakers)-
- The short film category is open to Independent filmmakers
- There is no entry fee however only one entry is permitted per filmmaker
- The competition is open to filmmakers worldwide
