All eligible applicants are invited to submit applications for Kiva Fellows Program which is designed to increase Kiva’s impact and to offer participants a unique insider experience. The goal of this program is to expand Kiva’s impact by building key relationships and transferring critical knowledge to their host MFI, help Kiva develop sustainable practices by utilizing their individual skill sets to improve current MFI processes, and they share their insights, pictures and stories from the field with the more than 1 million Kiva users.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- Applicants from any nationality are eligible to apply
- Applicants must be fluent in english
- be at least 21 years old.
- Fellows must have access to a working laptop for use during training and during the entirety of the fellowship.
