Sheffield Hallam University invites applications for International Achievement Scholarships to Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students for which courses are offered by the university.
The scholarships will be awarded to well-qualified students who demonstrate academic, personal or professional achievement in the personal statement on their scholarship application form. Successful applicants will be awarded with a certificate to mark their achievement at a Scholarships ceremony following enrollment on their course and a payment will be made after enrollment. This scholarship is not a reduction in fees.
Tenure– The tenure for this award is two years.
Eligibility-
- To be eligible to apply for an undergraduate scholarship applicant must-
- be classed as an international student for fees purposes
- have a high standard of secondary education
- have, or expect to achieve, a minimum of IELTS 6.0 (5.5 in all areas) or equivalent
- have given a firm or insurance acceptance of applicant offer on their chosen course
- be enrolling on a course with Sheffield Hallam starting in 2012/13 academic year
- be able to evidence achievement in applicant personal statement
- To be eligible to apply for a postgraduate scholarship applicant must
- be classed as an international student for fees purpose
- have a good undergraduate degree
- have, or expect to achieve, a minimum of IELTS 6.0 (5.5 in all areas) or equivalent
- have submitted their course application and been given a conditional/unconditional offer
- be able to evidence achievement in their personal statement
- have submitted their course application and been given a conditional/unconditional offer
