Interdisciplinary e-journal of University of Minnesota – Reconsidering Development is inviting graduate students, researchers, and practitioners engaged in international development to submit abstracts to be selected for full papers for its Spring 2014 issue. The e-journal aims to create an equitable space for the flourishing of dialogue and discussion concerning the theory and practice of international development.

- Photo Submissions: Format: JPEG (jpg); 100% quality; no larger than 1024×1024 in size
- Video Submissions: Format: MPEG4 (mp4); Resolution: 640×480
- Audio Submissions: Format: MPEG3 (mp3); Bit rate: 128 Kbps; Sample rate: 44.100 kHz
Submissions must be e-mailed with following guidelines –
- Subject: Spring 2014 Submission
- Include – Author name(s) and contact information; A short statement (max. 300 words) about how the submission fits with the theme and journal aims; Word documents and/or media files
Eligibility Criteria –
- Submissions from multiple theoretical and practical perspectives, disciplines, and sectors expressed through a variety of formats are considered.
- Submissions that examine the creative use of market-based practices in development and explore both the potential and the limitations of such approaches are encouraged.
- Submissions are encouraged from graduate students, researchers, and practitioners engaged in international development.
- Submissions should engage a broad audience.
