Rwanda Cinema Center (RCC) in collaboration with Kwetu Film Institute is inviting film entries for Rwanda Film Festival (RFF) 2014. The major purpose of the film festival is to promote and encourage awareness, appreciation and understanding of the art of cinema in Rwanda.
The festival presents the most outstanding films produced in every part of the world to present the most outstanding films produced in every part of the world.
Eligibility Criteria –
- The production of the film must have been completed within 24 months prior to the date of festival. All genres and lengths may be submitted in the following screening formats: DVD, Bluray or MOV File.
- Each submitted preview DVD/or online link must have (English subtitles) must be accompanied by a correctly completed and signed entry form.
- Producers, distributors and other persons who submit a film are required to obtain permission from any third parties involved on the production of the film that they, the third parties, agree to the film being screened at the festival.
