The German Academic Exchange Service (Deutscher Akademischer Austausch Dienst – DAAD) invites young scientists who have graduated from their studies in Engineering or Natural Sciences no longer than six years ago to apply for Sustainable Water Management Study Scholarships and Research Grants for foreigners 2015.

Study Programs
- Master’s Study Programs in Germany with DAAD Scholarships: Monthly payment of 750 Euros and an annual study and research allowance of 460 Euros. The scholarships period is 31 months including obligatory 4-month intensive language course, 2-year doctorate and an obligatory at least 3-month internship in Germany.

- Doctorate Program in Germany with DAAD Scholarships: Monthly payment of 1000 Euros and an annual study and research allowance subsidy amounting to 460 Euros. The scholarships period is 43 months including an obligatory 4-month intensive language course, 3-year doctorate and an obligatory at least 3-month internship in Germany.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be young scientists from Cambodia, Indonesia, Iran, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Mongolia, Myanmar, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Vietnam.
- Applicants must be highly-qualified Graduates and Doctoral students who have graduated from their studies in Engineering or Natural Sciences no longer than six years ago.
- Applicants for Master’s program must have completed Bachelor’s graduation and must submit the Bachelor’s thesis and graduation certificate with other application materials.
- Applicants for doctorate program must have completed master’s degree and submit summary of Master’s thesis and Master’s degree certificate along with other application materials.
- Applicants must submit proof of English language skills (TOEFL 550/213/80; IELTS 6.0).
