Applications are accepted for Victorian international research scholarships program offered by Australian Catholic University. The goal of this program is to explore cultural, social, ethical and religious issues through the lens of the Catholic Intellectual Tradition in our teaching, research and service. Total offer is of $30,000 per annum for three years.
Submissions required-
- a curriculum vitae
- a statement why applicants wish to undertake this research
- proof of having completed research, such as refereed journal articles, thesis or published conference papers
- official certified hard copies off all academic transcripts and testamurs. Please send copies in English and the original language(where applicable)
- evidence of having met English language proficiency
- applicants research proposal outlining the objective, methodology and expected outcomes
Eligibility & Criteria-
- be an international student holding an Australian Student Visa for the term of the scholarship and comply with the conditions of the visa
- have been offered a place in a higher degree research program studying on the Melbourne campus of Australian Catholic University commencing in 2014
- not already hold a research qualification equivalent to an Australian research doctorate
- willing to be an ambassador for the Victorian International Research Scholarship
