All eligible organizations are invited to submit proposals for G-Media program supported by International Research & Exchanges Board (IREX). this program is being funded by United States Agency for International Development’s (USAID’s) Georgian Media Enhance Democracy, Informed Citizenry, and Accountability (G-MEDIA). The goal of this program is to improve the Georgian public’s access to a range of sources of news and information by developing a more politically balanced, editorially independent, professional, and viable media sector that reaches audiences across the country through diverse delivery channels.
Objectives-
- Improve the quality and diversity of media content and broaden channels of delivery;
- Improve professional journalism;
- Improve the regulatory environment and protect journalist’s rights; and
- Improve media outlets’ viability.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- Have proven knowledge and experience in conducting baseline and end line surveys through the use of internationally accepted qualitative and quantitative methods, including experience with conducting focus group discussions and desk reviews
- Have consultants with strong academic and research backgrounds and excellent analytical skills
- Have proven knowledge of the media industry
- Have a team experienced in data collection, data entry, editing, and analysis
- Have previous experience working with USAID evaluations or assessments
