Proposals are invited for intra-ACP academic mobility scheme funded by European Union. The goal of this program is to promote sustainable development and poverty alleviation by increasing the availability of trained and qualified high-level professional manpower in African, Caribbean and Pacific countries. Fields of study–

- Engineering
- Governance and Social Sciences
- Medical sciences
Call for Proposals is divided into two lots–
- Lot 1 – African component – which aims to support and fully expand the Mwalimu Nyerere Scholarship Scheme of the AUC in the context of which academic mobility will take place within Africa
- Lot 2 – Caribbean and Pacific component – that will support regional and/or inter-regional academic mobility in the Caribbean and Pacific
Programme aims to–
- provide access to higher education for students including those from disadvantaged groups
- facilitate cooperation on recognition of studies and qualifications
- contribute to the improvement of the quality of higher education through the promotion of internationalisatin, and harmonisation of programmes and curricula within participating institutions
- enhance the international cooperation capacity of HEIs in African, Caribbean and Pacific countries
- promote cooperation between sending and host institutions
- enable students, academics and staff to benefit linguistically, culturally and professionally from the experience gained in the context of mobility to another country
- enhance, in the medium-term, the political, cultural, educational and economic links between the participating countries
Eligibility & Criteria-
- The call is opened to Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and individuals will benefit by the mobility activities planned by these HEIs.
- Be a legal person
- Be a Higher Education Institution
- Be nationals and registered in one ACP country
