- Dehradun, Rishikesh and Haridwar-Uttarakhand
The Expression of Interest can be submitted along with the following information:
Mandatory Requirements:
- Registration in one of the following with year of registration:
- Societies Registration Act
- Trusts Act
- Companies Act (under section 25)
- Valid FCRA Registration
- 80 G and 12 A registration (Valid)
- PAN and TIN no. of the organization
- Audited Balance sheet of the last 3 years
- Current FC3 return
- Address of the Registered Office of the organization
- Name address and contact no’s of the chief functionary
- Name/address and contact of Organizations CA
- List of Governing Board Members with qualification and address
- Mission, Vision, Objectives and Bye laws of the organization
- Major Donors of the organization
- Volume of funds received in the last 3 years with name of donor agencies
- Major Project undertaken since inception
- Project running at present
- Infrastructure available
- Total no. of paid employees( with brief profile) in the organization with organogram and salary structure at different levels
- Purpose and Intent of applying for the advertised project with previous experience of handling such projects, if any
- At least 2 references with address and contact numbers who can validate the work done by the organization in the past 3 years. (These should not be from the governing board of the organization)
