The Cargill Global Scholars program invites application for potential undergraduate students around Brazil, Russia, India and the United States to provide financial support and leadership development opportunity. Scholarships will be awarded to talented, high performing students pursuing science, technology, engineering, math and business related studies relevant to Cargill’s world of food, agriculture and risk management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must be from Brazil, China, India, Russia or the United States.
- Applicant must be a citizen or permanent resident of the country in which they apply.
- Applicant must be enrolled in a partner university, and should be a first or second year university student with high academic records.
- Applicants having financial need or from a disadvantaged or underrepresented group within their country would be preferred.
The Cargill Global Scholars program is direct scholarship funding enriched with activities incorporated throughout the program duration. These activities are designed to enhance leadership potential and critical thinking skills, and to make scholars global leaders, decision makers, visionaries, and socially conscious innovators. Each Cargill Global Scholar will receive an annual scholarship award for up to two years, to help incur any academic related expenses.
