The NASSCOM Foundation has launched the Social Innovation Honors in India to recognize and showcase innovations that aim to impact society in a positive manner by utilizing information and communications technologies (ICT).
The Honours identify social innovations across public, private and NGO sectors and recognize innovations in the form of a principle, an idea, an intervention or a combination of all of the above. NASSCOM Foundation is uniquely positioned to host these honors as promoters of using technology for good to enable and influence inclusive growth in India. And demonstrating these innovations across stakeholders brings to light that we can all bring about social change!
NASSCOM Social Innovation Honours provide an excellent opportunity to the winners to interact and network with the leaders of the IT-BPM industry. It also offers a platform to join the network of past winners for access to additional training, funding and networking opportunities.
Innovation can be a product, process, or technology. It can also be a principle, an idea, an intervention, or a combination of all these using ICT.
