Applications are being accepted for NETFUND Green Innovations Award (NETFUND GIA) 2016 to Promote the Green Growth. The NETFUND GIA focuses on Agribusiness, Water, Energy and Waste Management. Initiatives entering the award need to fall under these thematic areas and must be located in Kenya.

Prizes Categories
- 1st Prize in each category- KES 1,000,000 and a trophy.
- 2nd Prize in each category- KES 500,000 and a trophy.
- 3rd Prize in each category- KES 250,000 and a Certificate.]County level winners- KEs 100,000 and a certificate.
- Overall NETFUND-GIA winner will geta n additional Kes 1 Million and a trophy.
- Initiatives with potential to become green business enterprises will be selected for entry in to the NETFUND incubation program worth upto KES 5,000,000 as technical and business support.
