Proposals are accepted for Support to in-country actors to prevent and respond to crisis in fragile and conflict-affected situations under Europe Aid. This program aims to create, restore or consolidate appropriate ways, tools and mechanisms to prevent conflict and contribute to durable peace.
Objectives-
- enhancing the overall capacity of relevant non-state actors at local level
- improving local non-state actors networking and advocacy skills
- fostering and facilitating dialogue between non-state actors and local/national/international institutions.

The overall indicative amount made available under this Call for Proposals is EUR 1,000,000. The initial planned duration of an action may not be lower than 18 months nor exceed 36 months.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- be legal persons established in a Member State of the European Union, Kyrgyzstan or in any other
- country
- be non-profit-making
- be non-state actors (NSA)
- be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the co-applicant(s) and affiliated entity(ies), not acting as an intermediary
- be registered for at least two years at the time of the submission of the concept note
- have carried out field activities in areas related to conflict prevention and peace-building in the Kyrgyz Republic for at least 12 months during the last 36 months at the time of the submission of the concept note.
