Europe Aid/former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia is inviting concept notes and proposals (together) for ‘Broadcasting the EU (European Union)’ Program. The main purpose of the program is to contribute to better information of the citizens of the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia about the European Union and the impact of the accession process on their daily lives.
Grants awarded will range between €60,000 to €120,000 which will be 50%-70% of the total eligible costs of the action that will be completed within 12 months period.
Eligibility Criteria –
- Applicants must be legal persons who are the public television broadcasters, private television broadcasters, independent television production houses or organizations which perform television broadcasting and/or television production as one of their registered activities.
- Applicants must be established in a Member State of the European Union, a country that is a beneficiary of the IPA Regulation, a country that is a beneficiary of the European Neighborhood and Partnership Instrument, or a Member State of the European Economic Area.
- Applicants must be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with their partners, not acting as an intermediary.
- Applicants must provide written confirmation that air time will be made available for broadcasting (and rebroadcasting) of the programs, and provide a realistic and appropriate broadcast schedule.
