Interested organizations are invited to apply for five-day Master Class Programme in Moldova. This program is designed to build civil society organizations (CSOs) capacity and strengthen their role in promoting change in the field of environment and sustainable development. This training program will be conducted at Hotel VATRA, near Chisinau, Moldova on April 8 and 12, 2013.
The objective of this program is to strengthen the role and function of civil society organizations to promote change and enable action in the field of environment and sustainability.
Objectives-
- support the organisational development of CSOs, building their capacity to achieve long-term environmental impacts and sustainability, enabling them to become self-sustaining, improving their efficiency in implementing environmental projects, and introducing organisational changes that strengthen their impact in society
- enable CSOs to be more actively involved in dialogue with society and decision making on environmental and sustainable development issues
- help CSOs to promote sustainable development and sustainable lifestyles at different levels
- strengthen CSO capacities and networking, as well as CSO interaction with governments and businesses at different levels
Eligibility & Criteria-
Priority will be given to representatives of CSOs participating in the SECTOR project’s viability assessment process and those
shortlisted under the project’s grants component. One representative per CSO is expected, although more than one representative may be considered, subject to the availability of places.
