Proposals invited for “Non State Actor” Programme in Mongolia to fight against poverty and promoting the rule of law and adherence to fundamental freedoms.
The NSA/LA in Development Programme is an “actor oriented” programme aimed at co-financing own initiatives proposed and/or carried out by civil society originating from the EU and partner countries in the field of sustainable local development. By doing so, the Programme also furthers the EU policy of encouraging and supporting long-standing partnerships between EU and partner countries Non State Actors and Local Authorities.
Objectives of this proposals are-
- To build the capacity of human resources in rural areas
- To improve access and quality of social services to rural poor
- To contribute to income generation and the creation of employment opportunities in rural areas, thus limiting internal migration and urbanization
The overall indicative amount made available under this Call for Proposals is EUR 1,246,310 (one million, two hundred forty-six thousand, three hundred and ten)
Eligibility & Criteria-
- be legal persons
- be non profit making
- be Non State Actors constituted in accordance with the legislation in force in the respective country
- be established in a Member State of the European Union and Mongolia
- be officially registered respectively for at least two years as regards Mongolian organisations and for at least three years as regards European organisations, at the time of the submission of an application
- be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the co-Applicants and affiliated entities, not acting as an intermediary
