Eligibility for Nepal Conservation Memorial Scholarship
- All applicants must be citizens of Nepal to be eligible for Nepal Conservation Memorial Scholarship.
- The scholarship is available to Nepali citizens who have either applied or secured admission, or have started classes (2014/15 session) at a university in Nepal.
- Applicants will be judged on their academic achievement (SLC & TCL/10+2 or equivalent results) and motivation and commitment to conservation in Nepal and performance during the personal interview.
- Preference will be given to applicants from ethnic/indigenous minority and Dalit groups.
Eligibility for Mingma Norbu Sherpa Memorial Scholarship
- Students with Nepali citizenship who have completed their intermediate with science are eligible to apply.
- Priority is given to socio-economically disadvantaged applicants, who have either applied or secured admission, or have started classes (2014/15 session) at a university in Nepal.
- Applicants will be judged on their academic achievement (SLC & TCL/10+2 or equivalent results) and motivation and commitment to conservation in Nepal and performance during the personal interview.
Eligibility for WWF Prince Bernhard Scholarships for Nature Conservation
- Nepali students are eligible to apply for these short term training scholarship programs.
How to Apply?
Applications can be submitted by post indicating the name of the scholarship applied on the top of the envelope. Other documents needed are-
- Two letters of recommendation from teachers, community leaders, etc. Recommendations from relatives will not be accepted.
- A copy of your most recent academic transcripts
- A copy of your exit/entrance examination scores
