Applications are invited for Non-State Actors and Local authorities in Development by European Union. The objective of this progran is to build the capacity of Nepalese Non-State Actors and local authorities in participating in the definition of sustainable development strategies and implementation of actions aiming at poverty reduction.
The mission of this program is to strengthen the participation and engagement of key stakeholders of civil society in the processes of decision making and service delivery towards improved food security and nutrition through increased agricultural development.
The overall indicative amount made available under this Call for Proposals is EUR 4,468517.

Eligibility & Criteria-
- be legal persons
- be non-profit-making
- be established in Nepal or a Member State of the European Union 6
- be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action, not acting as an intermediary and be Non-State Actors (NSA) and must be officially registered as such according to the legislation in force in their respective country during at least the last three years for non-state actors from a member state of the European Union and two years for non-state actors from Nepal.
- be allowed to implement activities in accordance with the Nepalese legal provisions
- be able to demonstrate that activities have been carried out in the similar or related issues covered by the proposed project at least during the last three years for non-state actors from a member state of the
- European Union and two years for none-state actors from Nepal.
