Funding opportunity has been announced for Management and Establishment of Lincoln Corners and American Centers in Pakistan under U.S. Embassy Islamabad Public Affairs. The mission of this program is to coordinate logistics associated with establishing and administering American Spaces in Pakistan during the period of September 23, 2013 to September 30, 2015. American Spaces help maintain dialogue and build bridges of understanding, representing the nation’s longstanding commitment to share the American ideas and values of democracy and education to strengthen civil society.

Eligibility & Criteria–
- The U.S. Embassy Islamabad Public Affairs Section encourages applications from all registered not-for-profit, civil society/non-governmental organizations, and educational institutions with at least two years of programming experience. This experience should be documented in the organization’s proposal. A copy of the organizations registration should be provided with the proposal application. Organizations should submit a copy of their certificate of registration from the appropriate government organization.
- Organizations must have appropriately staffed offices or partners in Pakistan, with demonstrated experience working with vendors, suppliers, contractors, etc.
- Expertise and established relationships with Pakistan NGOs and/or Pakistan government officials will be considered favorably.
- Organizations that have previously received international program funding from the U.S. Government are encouraged to apply.
