The MTN and Future Group is inviting entries from talented radio professionals from South Africa for MTN Radio Awards 2014. MTN Radio Awards aim to recognize the very best of South Africa’s on-air and behind the scenes radio talent. The award intends to ensure that radio talent in all areas receive due recognition, and that talented producers and presenters at all radio stations are motivated to constantly strive towards creating programs that meet the needs of their listeners and strengthen the relationship between the station and the listener.
An entrant can submit the entry online or by mail. In both cases, one 6-minute impressive audio should be accompanied along with the entry form.
Eligibility Criteria –
- Entrant must be a working professional in Radio Media in South Africa and originally from South Africa.
- Entrant must submit the appropriate completed application form in the correct category accompanied with a 6-minute long audio that was broadcast between 1 January 2013 – 31 December 2013 from any of the radios in Africa. It can be a compilation also.
- Entrant must have the authority from the station to submit the audio.
