Save the children is calling proposals from institutions to promote child protection system strengthening, new evidence is required to support system-related policy formulation and programme design. The mapping is intended to help stakeholders to identify and prioritize actions which will contribute to building an integrated and strengthened child protection system.
The results of the System Mapping of the Protection of Unaccompanied and Separated Migrant Children should therefore aim to support:
- strategy and policy development;
- strengthened data and information for decision making, budget and costing exercises;
- development/piloting of new service models;
- investments to improve coordination (i.e. clarification and reassignment of mandates, agreements between informal and formal actors, development of referral networks and protocols); and
- follow-up decisions to conduct more in-depth assessments in gap areas.
Documents needed:
- A detailed budget break down
- A copy of the Tax Clearance Certificate
- Curriculum Vitae and description of role of each research team member
- List examples of previous relevant research with brief summary
All required documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope and hand delivered.
