The Commonwealth Telecommunications Organization (CTO), on behalf of the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission (CSC), invites applications from mid-career professionals from developing Commonwealth countries for Commonwealth Professional Fellowships 2015. The fellows will spend around three months in a UK host organization on a program of professional development.

The fellows will participate in a comprehensive in-house training program, including seminars and group discussions, that cover a range of topics designed for the CTO staff.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be from a Full Member Country of the CTO, other than UK (Bangladesh, Barbados, Botswana, Cameroon, Cyprus, Fiji, Ghana, Grenada, India, Guyana, Jamaica, Kenya, Malawi, Lesotho, Malaysia, Malta, Mozambique, Mauritius, Nigeria, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Rwanda, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Swaziland, Tanzania, Trinidad & Tobago, Uganda, Vanuatu, and Zambia).
- Applicant must be mid-career professionals with at least five years’ relevant work experience in the selected field.
