The 10th EDF Support to Culture in Tanzania is an intervention aiming at both assisting Tanzania in preserving some its precious cultural heritage and supporting the creative industries in terms of its contribution to growth. This intervention should be seen in context of the global EU framework for culture as mentioned above and in relation to the commitments of the EU development policies in the field of culture.
The global objective of this Call for Proposals is: to promote access to local culture and promotion of cultural diversity and to develop the potential contribution of the creative industries to economic development and economic growth in Tanzania.
The specific objective of this Call for Proposals is: to enhance the capacity of the cultural and creative industries in Tanzania.
