The Women Fund Tanzania (WFT) was established in 2008 with the objective to empower women in addressing women’s rights issues affecting their lives. The WFT believes in unconditional recognition of human rights for women and in leadership based on feminist values and principles.

- Women’s movement.
- Networks/coalitions/alliances.
- Women’s organizations.
- Women’s groups in local communities.
- Individual women activists and organizers.
