Hubert Curien Partnership SIAM program is being offered to develop scientific and technological excellence exchanges between the research laboratories of both countries by encouraging further cooperation. The program is supported by Ministry of Education (Office of the Commission for Higher Education), the Thailand Research Fund and the National Science and Technology Development Agency and France by departments Foreign Affairs (MFA) and the Higher Education and Research (MoR).
The Thai Ministry of Education (Office of the Commission for Higher Education) will provide funding for tickets from Thailand to France for teachers, researchers and young researchers Thai.

Eligibility & Criteria-
Each project must be at least a Thai partner and a French partner. The projects must be innovative. Projects that have already received funding from the PHC ACIS are not eligible. The active participation and mobility of young researchers in particular doctoral or post-doctoral students, is an important element in the assessment of the project.
