Proposals are accepted for Developing Civil Dialogue among CSOs – II Developing Civil Dialogue among NGOs (DCD-II) which aim to strengthen participation through the development of a well-established culture of dialogue among CSOs. The overall indicative amount made available under this Call for Proposals is € 1.000.000,00. The initial planned duration of an action may not be lower than 7 months nor exceed 9 months.

Eligibility & Criteria-
- be legal person
- be non profit making
- be civil society organisation (CSO)
- be established in a Member State of the European Union or Turkey
- be established at least 12 months before the submission deadline of proposals for this Grant Scheme
- be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the co-applicant(s) and affiliated entity(ies), not acting as an intermediary
