Ten-month, non-degree program for mid-career professionals who have a completed professional degree and at least five years of substantial and progressive professional experience in the corresponding field. Candidates should have demonstrated leadership abilities, dedication to public service, self-guidance and professional potential. The program is designed for policy-makers, planners, administrators and managers, and it is expected that candidates will be focused on policy issues rather than research. English proficiency is required.
