The Riga Graduate School of Law, in cooperation with the Latvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other partners, are inviting applications from Public officials, Representatives of civil society and Academia from below mentioned countries for an Advanced Programme in Law & Economics. The Programme will be held from 28 September- 18 December 2015 in Riga, Latvia.
The programme is intended to provide a knowledge transfer that is based on the experience of Latvia and the other donors in their international relations. The specific objective of the programme is to provide a training that promotes the relations between the international community, European Union, ENP countries and Central Asia.
Eligible Countries
Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan
Benefits
Cost coverage for the participants will include travel to Riga and accommodation during the 12 week period of the programme, as well as a modest per diem for living expenses in Riga. Travel and other costs will also be covered for study visits.
Who can Apply
Public officials, Representatives of civil society and Academia from above mentioned Countries are eligible to participate in the program.

- Motivational letter
- Description of present job function
- Curriculum vitae, which should include at least 2-3 years of professional experience.
- Copies of university diplomas;
- Recommendation letter, preferably from the current employer;
- Confirmation of the ability to undertake studies in English.
