The Anti-Corruption Training Programme by UNDP and FPDL is accepting applications to develop local governance practitioners’ anticorruption knowledge and skills in order to facilitate change in municipalities.
The training will train the practioners to apply an innovative and practical anti-corruption methodology, using participatory strategic planning and organizational development tools. It will also provide knowledge and skills necessary to support public leaders and managers treat and prevent corruption and increase the integrity, efficiency, transparency and accountability of their local governments.

Eligibility Criteria
In order to apply for the training program, the applicant should:
- be currently based and working in Georgia, Republic of Moldova or Ukraine.
- be involved in local governance, education or training projects, in Georgia, Republic of Moldova or Ukraine.
- have proven experience in capacity building for good governance at the local level;
- have prior experience as trainer, organizational development consultant or facilitator;
- be able to demonstrate master speaking, writing and reading in English.
