Proposals are accepted by Europe Aid for Support to Ukraine’s Regional Development Policy which intends to reform the current regional and rural development policy. The purpose of this program is to strengthen the capacity of Ukrainian authorities and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective regional development policies.
The overall indicative amount made available under this Call for Proposals is € 6 million Euro. The initial planned duration of an action may not be lower than 18 months nor exceed 30 months.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- be legal persons
- be non-profit making
- for Lot 1 be: local authorities of oblast level
- for Lot 2 be: local authorities of rayon level, municipalities with the number of inhabitants less than fifty thousand or in exceptional, duly substantiated cases, non governmental organizations
- be established in eligible oblasts of Ukraine (Lot 1); be established in Ukraine (Lot 2)
- be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the co-applicant( s) and affiliated entity(ies), not acting as an intermediary
