Applicants are invited to submit Proposals on Project to Support Justice Sector Reforms in Ukraine under EuropeAid. This project aims to contribute to strengthening of the rule of law in Ukraine and focus will be on criminal justice-related reforms.
The overall indicative amount made available under this Call for Proposals is EUR € 8,600,000
Objectives-
- to align major sector stakeholders‘ policies and reform priorities in a coherent sector-wide reform strategy, supported by-
- an implementation plan
- a multi-annual financing programme secured by a Government’s decision and agreed with the Presidential administration
- to create a viable sector coordination structure.
- to provide expertise for key outstanding legislation like e. g. the new law on the Prosecutor’s Office.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- be legal persons
- be non-profit-making
- be specific types of organisations such as: EU Member State public bodies
- be established in7 a Member State of the European Union
- be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the co-applicant(s) and affiliated entity(ies), not acting as an intermediary.
