Ukraine/USAID is seeking proposals for Enterprise Growth in Ukraine Project to improve the regulatory and business enabling environment in Ukraine by leveraging local organizations which have recognized technical proficiency and knowledge of domestic institutions, and to strengthen the capacity of those organizations to identify policy corrections and motivate concrete institutional reform. Proper implementation of market oriented policies and regulations, strengthening public-private dialogue to promote SME growth, and enhancing education capacity to meet the market demands will allow increasing resilience and competitiveness of private sector.
Eligibility-
Ukrainian nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) are eligible.
How to apply?
- Electronic submission– Complete application packages shall be submitted electronically through website, and shall be submitted in two separate parts: (a) technical and (b) cost or business application. Both the technical and cost portions of the application shall have a cover page that will identify the applicant, provide the name, title and contact information of the applicant’s employee responsible for negotiations (address, phone and fax numbers, and e-mail address), reference the RFA number and Program Title, state application submission date and whether the volume is an original or a copy. Applications must be in MS Word format in Font size 12 single-spaced with 1″ margins on top, bottom, left and right. Budget spreadsheets must be in MS Excel format, signed pages shall be in MS Word or PDF format. Applications must have sequential page numbers.
- Hard copy submission– Applications and modifications thereof shall be submitted (via a commercial courier or in person) in envelopes with the name and address of the applicant and the RFA number (referenced above) inscribed thereon to the address given in website.
