Deadline: 7 August 2015
The Open Society Initiative for Southern Africa (OSISA) is recruiting consultants to conduct an evaluation of its Early Childhood Development and Education (ECDE) Programme implemented from 2011 through 2013 for the purpose of documenting grantee implementation and ECDE programme results.
OSISA is an African institution committed to deepening democracy and human rights in Southern Africa. Its vision is to promote and sustain the ideals, values, institutions and practice of open society, with the aim of establishing a vibrant Southern African society in which people, free from material and other deprivation, understand their rights and responsibilities and participate democratically in all spheres of life.
It is proposed to carry out the evaluation in two stages. Stage one will focus on documenting grantees’ implementation results, and the second stage will focus on documenting the ECDE programme results at the level of outcomes and impact attributable to the programme.
Interested Consultants/consulting teams are required to submit an electronic proposal.
