International Foundation of Applied Disability Research (Fondation Internationale de la Recherche Appliquée sur le Handicap) was founded by Axel Kahn in 2009 which entirely focuses on applied disability research.
Objectives:
- Facilitating the establishment of collaborative applied research projects on disability that bring together researchers and people in the field.
- Raising awareness and sharing new concepts and approaches with project starters and the public.
- Promoting the results of applied research and the sharing of knowledge to facilitate their use on the field (the use of relative materials).
